LABOR MARKET III
The population of a country can be divided into active population or labor force, and passive population.
The active population corresponds to all those who are willing to work, whether or not an occupation.
The workforce of a country belongs to all people who develop an activity directed or that results in the production of a small or large number of items and / or services, producing what is called a large-scale national income: a long list of items and services for consumption of an entire people or nation.
GDP (nominal) USA =
• Total (2007) USD 13,790,000 million (more than 13 billion dollars)
• GDP per capita USD 43,594 per capita
They are part of the workforce of all people of working age people (?): Employed and unemployed / laid off or forced unemployment, job seekers for the first time or are changing jobs.
The percentage of people unemployed or forced unemployed and those seeking work for the first time is known as rate of unemployment and falls open unemployment. (...)
The passive population are all minors, those who study or those who worked and are pensioners / pensioners / others.
